Staying here with my family, including my grandchild, was enjoyable. The clean room had all the amenities, including a fridge and hair dryer. Plus, the convenient shuttle to nearby places made our travel easy, and the staff were really accommodating.

My wife says that the breakfast choices were a bit limited.

family stay. Cleanliness was a strong point and staff were genuinely friendly. However, the breakfast area gets overcrowded quickly. While the location is excellent for train travel, accessing the south exit is less convenient. Be prepared for a bit of a walk.

The hotel experience was marred by several issues. We struggled with finding available parking upon our arrival, which left us in a chaotic situation needing to unload multiple pieces of luggage in a cramped space. Furthermore, although breakfast had a good variety, the setup was so disorganized that we were left waiting in line for basic items, and we ended up having to take our food back to our rooms.

Had a great time with friends relaxing at this spot! We visited nearby temples and enjoyed stunning views of Mount Fuji right from our room. Super easy self check-in made things smoother, and being close to transit is a big plus for travelers. Just a heads up for future guests, parking can be tricky, so plan ahead!

Staying in the Single Room, Smoking was a good experience. The bed was super comfy, which was great after a long day. The bathroom was convenient, too—everything I needed was right there. I got a cool panoramic view from the 10th floor, but if views matter to you, just know they can vary a lot. The hotel's really clean and peaceful. Just remember, with the smoking room, the smell lingers a bit, but it wasn't a dealbreaker for me!

A great fit for a short stint in Mishima with very good value for money. The place is clean, and I appreciated having access to a hot shower right when I needed it. If driving, come early to secure parking.
